No magic tricks
I’ve tried several times to leave an honest review of trinny elevate neck cream on social media adverts , and my comments have been blocked every time. It would seem that Trinny is blocking negative or honest critical reviews which is very underhand. My honest opinion is that the neck cream is okay and that’s about it. It is no better than any high street pharmacy own brand product. It offers some moisturising but no magic tricks I’m afraid. It’s very overpriced for what it is and I’d say the container is the most luxurious thing about it. Must do better Trinny!

My £105 worth of products show as…
Trinny…..My £105 worth of products show as delivered but weren’t, instead they delivered a small item I hadn’t even ordered and despite sending 2 email and live chat (not live as they don’t respond) nothing has been done, missing over £100 of products and they don’t care, avoid this company Update, tried their chat AGAIN and this time someone answered and gave promised to resend the missing items

Great products, great customer service.
Customer service is a reflection of the quality of a brand and Trinny's customer service is high quality. Attentive, fast and takes action. As usual Evri failed to deliver the parcel to my area. They are well known for failed deliveries in this area. I raised this directly with Evri and with Trinny. Trinny's CS looked into it straight away, confirmed the failed delivery and sent a new box straight out. Not only that, they remained communicating throughout the process. Special thanks for Charlotte. Also a big fan of the Elevator. I am recovering from multiple neck surgeries following head and neck cancer that has left me scared. The elevator is a comfort to put on and it has visually improved the scarring (I know its not meant for scaring but it seems to have helped). It's one guilty indulgence I try to find the money for.

BFF invite for make over
I received an invitation to have a make up consultation at John Lewis Southampton.. I took my bff and we had the BEST hour .. loved the fact Charlotte - showed both of us how to start from scratch with skin care right through to the full make up.. it was so informative and being shown how to use the products was so useful … totally loved it - Charlotte a real credit to Trinny and passionate about her job ! Bought loads between us - v excited to try all the skincare mini s I tried - perfect for holidays - and have to say the under eye cream had a significant difference with dark shadows !!! Thank you for the invite / we will go again definitely!

I have bought quite a few products from Trinny, and my daughter loves their eye shadows. I have just bought the BFF cream and the BFF serum eye concealer, they are both unfortunately irritating my eyes, even if I don't directly apply them to my eyes? I am really gutted as I do use their plump up and energise me with no issues. I also got one of their make up bags as part of a promotion but the zip has already broken and its only a few weeks old. I would definitley try to get samples before I buy again as its not cheap.
