non existent DPD tracking number
ordered tyre and was given DPD tracking number that doesn't exist, filled in the online complaint form which doesn't go anywhere. called the chat line which says intelligent Ai but when the robotic voice askes a question when I gave my answer there was a pause and I could hear some-one typing on a keyboard, when the typing stopped I was asked another question when I answered again there was a pause and again I could hear someone typing before being asked another question. I was asked for an order number that began with an R but it actually starts with a T. I do not believe it's an Ai bot I believe someone is typing in the questions but doe's not want to get into a conversation directly. with a fake tracking number and an order number they say doesn't exist, claiming they have no order relating to my details and refusing to talk directly, I have contacted my bank and filed a fraud claim, at the moment the payment is in pending so the bank can't do anything because no fraud has been committed until they actually take the payment, once the payment is taken then they can start fraud action against Tyres.net and do a chargeback returning the money back into my account.

Ignore the bad reviews
Was extreamly worried after ordering 4 tyres and then reading the reviews. However I cannot fault this service. Yes the tyres came from Germany but they arrived within 10 days, with regular tracking updates. Previous reviews say the date code on the tyres are from 2 years ago, again my tyres are dated from the 10th week of 2026. I am more than happy with my experience, and the price point of the tyres. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered tyres 1.7.26, payment taken. 7.7.26 received email stating delay of 3-5 days to send, 9.7.26 received email that order has been sent. 24.7.26 - NO TYRES! Unable to connect to human on chatbot, tracking on DPD how's they have received order details but NOT parcel. Dispute now lodged with Paypal. Wish I had come here first and I would never have ordered from them.

They take your money instantly, but you will never receive your items. I ordered 2 Michelin tyres, and they sent me fake DPD tracking numbers that do not exist or match any real shipment. When you try to contact them, they completely ignore your emails and provide zero customer support. This company uses fraudulent practices and fake documentation to deceive customers. Please protect your money and stay away from this trap. An official investigation has already been launched against them by the UK Police and Trading Standards. Legal actions are underway, and this fraudulent website is facing a complete government shutdown. If you have been scammed by them, report them to Action Fraud and contact your bank immediately for a chargeback!
