Car was dirty outside
Car was dirty outside. Windshield needed to be cleaned inside. Washer fluid light was on. Pu area was dark so hard to see dmgs. The car image on the sheet to mark dmgs was so tiny you really couldn't mark the damages. I was told I had to video the car to show the damges.

Stay away, They double billed for toll package that was prepaid. Booked with their parent company Europcar and when we called Fox they said they have no way to get their parent companies agreement and said we have to email them. no help. first agent hung up STAY AWAY

Cheap gas scam at Fox Rental
The agent at the rental location explained the 4.26/gallon prepaid gas feature to me incorrectly and I fell for it. Joke's on me since I was charged for a full tank of gas and was, in fact, not refunded for what I didn't use. A small price to pay but the principle of it is what's annoying. A company that wants to satisfy customers would do something to make it right and they did nothing. I will never rent a car from them again.

I had a frustrating experience with Fox Rental Car in Tampa that I feel compelled to share. I booked a rental with this poor excuse for a company through expedia.com. Upon check-in, I clearly communicated to the agent that I did not need insurance. I followed their instructions and signed in the designated area of the contract, indicating my refusal of insurance. When presented with the option of a toll package I specifically asked if I would be refunded for any unused portion of this package, and the agent assured me that I would receive a refund for what I didn’t use. After returning the car, I was charged an additional $205 on my credit card, piled on top of the amount I had already paid through Expedia. I reached out to Fox to inquire about the extra charges and I was met with a frustrating response: that none of the charges were refundable. The agent insisted that what I signed was indeed for insurance, which I had declined, and that the toll package was also non-reimbursable. When I requested to speak with someone other than the agent, I was informed that I was speaking with the billing department and that there was no one else available to assist me. It was incredibly disappointing to feel trapped in this situation, with no clear path to resolve my concerns. In summary, my experience with Fox Rental Car was marred by misleading information and a lack of customer service. I would advise potential renters to consider other options where clarity and customer support are priorities. I wish I would’ve read these reviews prior to renting with Fox.
