Horrible costumer service
Horrible costumer service Horrible attendant Super rude and disgusting way of talking and dealing with problem. Don’t let the costumer speak, treat the costumer very bad and beyond rude! I would not recommend getting in contact with this company. I have sent WhatsApp, o called because I had no response and when I called the attendant said there was no one to speak to because was 9pm in France and website shows UK and here is 5:30pm when I called. I called to complain about the box arriving opened and bottle lid opened and bottle not fully full, which I think is a normal thing from the company, but was less than normal, lid half opened, box totally damaged and opened. Attendant super rude and totally unhelpful! DISGUSTED!

Rubbish service
My main problem here is the website boasts dispatched within 24 hours , however I’ve waited three days and my items have not been sent yet. It’s for a present and it’s not going to get there in time so my advice would be that if you like their products, get it from a different retailer. Customer Service. who I reached out to were not remotely helpful.

Terrible customer service, avoid
I have just been in contact with caudalia customer service and couldn’t agree more how unhelpful and downright patronising about a sun oil I bought from them. I have used their sunscreen products for years and have always been highly satisfied with them, actually raved about them until I bought factor 50 sun oil. Oh my goodness, it was like grease on my skin, horrible wouldn’t rub in and when I contacted customer we support they blamed my skin texture, they certainly didn’t blame their product. I’ve used sun oil for many years, different brands and this has never happened before. I at least expected an exchange or refund for a product that is in useable but like many other reviews this company does not believe in good customer service and takes no responsibility. Please avoid using this company, everything is fine until you have a complaint and then they don’t want to know.

Avoid this company! I got a reaction to a “gentle”cleanser and had to fill out a long convoluted form and have been ignored since. These products contains perfume which is overpowering and they don’t care if someone has redness or irritation to it. They don’t offer to refund and are lousy at responding. I am going to write to their ceo.

Incorrect items received
So unfortunately, there was probably a mistake at the warehouse, and my order came with the wrong products. I quickly called Caudalie customer service and within 10 minutes everything was solved. They apologised and asked me to send a photo as proof, with the delivery note and the incorrect products. Did all of this through email, while speaking on the phone with the customer adviser Irène (she was amazing!) and within 10 minutes had a new order placed. Was allowed to keep the products (don't think I'll use them loads, as I don't use vinopure, but it's still nice). So although, there was an issue, and it's never nice... I think Caudalie customer service provided the adequate solution very promptly. So it was a great experience.
