Excellent customer service and good leather product quality
I ordered a leather jacket from the NLE choppa "dope" music video and the purchase went very smoothly. The team then kindly contacted me to make sure the size I chose was correct. I responded quickly to change the size of the jacket and they noted the change in the size of the jacket immediately. When there were some complications with the carrier for the delivery, they were very attentive and responsive so that I finally received my jacket within the indicated time frame. The jacket corresponds well to the description and is of good quality. Excellent customer service. I recommend

I thought it was a scam after seeing the comments but I was wrong. Shipped to auckland in 7 days, no tracking but. Quality was better then expected to happy here.

I would like to say that this is a very good Company to order your hard to find items from. I saw a leather jacket on a different website and I ordered the jacket. It finally came, but it was too small for my wife, she was broken hearted because she really wanted the jacket for our upcoming cruise. I was determined to get my wife that jacket…That’s when I found “The Ultimate Apparels” website I was very happy because this company specializes in larger sizes for real people, men and women and they customize items for you if you can’t find your size. We placed our order for a larger sized leather jacket, it came right after our scheduled cruise, but it was still a little too small, I think some miscommunication came up when I was ordering the jacket. This company and I were taking turns trying to get the correct size ordered, but once again we had communication issues, and the company offered me a full purchase price refund and offered to create a custom replacement for the small jacket as well. I am satisfied with my experience with this company and I look forward to using them again for future purchases. Submitted respectfully, Cassius N.
