Stay away (this is SCAM)
After six months of dealing with this company through PayPal, they've managed to keep my money. I bought a lavender jacket and they sent me a gray one. PayPal finally told me there's a clause in this company's purchase policy stating they aren't responsible if the customer doesn't perceive the jacket as the same as it appeared on the website when they receive it at home (upon taking it out of the box)... so if you order a lavender jacket and they send you a gray one, the problem of perception is the customer's. Insulting and mafia-like. I'm going to donate the gray jacket to a charity in my city after sprinkling it with holy water... Don't buy anything here: everything is fake... the company isn't British... everything comes from Pakistan... the returns page never works for anyone... they don't respond to emails from buyers after payment... they don't follow EU laws that protect consumers.

This website is an absolute scam
This website is an absolute scam. They state free returns when they won't even answer the email to request a return form. When they finally answered they offered a pitiful flat fee to refund the item (~20% of price) and when I pointed out the language on the website, they stopped responding. Avoid at all costs and this place should be shut down.

hab meine Ware nicht bekommen und möchte unbedingt stonieren den Auftrag hab bisher nichts mehr gehört von denen ich glaube es ist wirklich ne fake shop was unbedigt verboten werden müsste wegen kunden abzocke und da soll keiner mehr einkaufen

This is a scam website I got messages from a email associated with custom belts in Casper whyoming when the company is suppose to be from the UK they contacted me through whatsapp about the jacket asking me questions about sizes and wanting measurements they didn’t even seem to know what jacket I ordered when I asked questions they never answered i tried to email the company website they never got back to me I’m now having to dispute the charge on my card the whole experience screams sketchy do not buy from this website.
