Total scam
Total scam. We signed a contract with them about a year and a half ago and have received virtually zero support from there team. The software was never implemented and to date we have never logged into the platform. They auto renewed the agreement and refused to have a conversation about it. Be very cautions about engaging with this company. Their tactics are predatory and their moral compass is askew

Great onboarding and tool
Our onboarding rep, Lana, is great! She went above and beyond, answering all of our questions and recommending improvements in our strategy. I've used other tools, but her support eclipsed those other teams. I recommend Upfluence to any company looking to scale their creators program. While the platform is more for DTC, we've been able to optimize for our needs. The price point is also fair.

**Avoid Upfluence at all costs
**Avoid Upfluence at all costs – this company is effectively a scam. Its platform features are clunky and ineffective, delivering zero tangible benefits to sales performance, yet it charges exorbitant fees. A common tactic they use is forcing clients to pay by claiming contracts auto-renew if termination notice is not submitted one month in advance. In reality, their renewal alerts are casually formatted and read just like generic marketing emails. These notifications fail to clearly outline all renewal terms. Worse still, they arbitrarily hike prices within auto-renewed agreements without proper advance notice. Even when we did not use their services at all, they demanded full-year payment and refused any room for negotiation. Shockingly, they have even logged into client accounts to upgrade service packages unilaterally, saddling customers with higher bills. This company operates in a predatory, fraudulent manner.** Avoid Upfluence!!!!!

Unauthorized account access
Unauthorized account access, forced billing, and unethical practices – Avoid at all costs! I am writing this review to warn other companies about Upfluence's unacceptable business practices and lack of ethical standards. Without our explicit consent or authorization, Upfluence accessed our company account and forcefully upgraded us to their "Community" feature. Shortly after this unauthorized change, they attempted to demand payment for this unsolicited upgrade. Forcing clients into unapproved charges by accessing their accounts without permission is completely unethical.
