Could be better
Shipping takes really long and they don’t really provide a timeframe. Received my order about 3 weeks later due to CA customs delays which I wasn’t notified about until I asked. Sizing is not accurate on all items, specifically corsets and belts - some run smaller than the measurements suggest. Could be a better experience but the items are certainly cute

I have not received my package I…
I have not received my package I ordered it weeks ago and it’s been saying it’ll ship out finally a week ago it said it was on the way and marked as delivered but I don’t have my item. I emailed already asking for an update or for help and I have not gotten that either just this email asking me to review my item that I never got. Please I would appreciate help going further on.

Quadruple check your address OR ELSE!
I made a mistake with inputting my address that caused my order to be delivered to a non-existent address where it was lost. Because of their policy not to change orders after they are placed, they were either unable or unwilling to contact the carrier to give them the correct address, and due to the carrier's policy not to accept corrections to the delivery address without approval from the shipper, I was unable to receive any help in retrieving my package or finding its last known location. If Killstar customer service had been allowed to contact the carrier to confirm the correct address, I would have my items today.

Killstar never disappoints with new…
Killstar never disappoints with new styles. I love every item I recently got. Even a beautiful floral dress with the Wanda harness, to wear for a big birthday coming August 31st. 40 is the year to reinvent myself.

KillStar continues to decline
Shipping took forever and customer service wasn’t helpful. KillStar has abandoned who they were originally and is no longer making the quality or aesthetics that I loved 7+ years ago. I’m disappointed.
