Continuing problems with this company
Continuing problems with this company. 3 weeks after I placed an order and had heard nothing I put a negative review on here. Immediately I heard from zaful that they were processing my order. A week later they say they have shipped it. No tracking number or hint as to when it will arrive. Now I can no longer access my account - my password is rejected and they do not send me a .ink for a new one. Very disappointed

Terrible costumer service
Terrible costumer service. I received a few beautiful bikinis but they are all wrong size. The sizing chart is wrong. I have tried for 2 hours to fill in the return form following their instructions and it's a impossible mission! They make it impossible to submit I contacted them here but no response ,there is no way to contact them at all, no phone,no email DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM.THEM

In 1 woord vreselijk. Samen met mijn 15 jarige dochter kleding besteld. Binnen een dag moest ik reageren want ons adres bleek niet te kloppen. Die klopte als een bus, kon er niks meer of minder van maken. Lees ik dat ze haar geld (33 euro) hebben omgezet in punten in haar zaful wallet, excuse me?? Contact gehad met klantenservice dat ze geen punten wil, maar haar geld terug. Ze hebben gezegd dat ze binnen 7-14 dagen haar geld teruggestord krijgt, maar geloof er niks van! Ze kunnen het beter Awful noemen ipv zaful. Waardeloos!!

Heb hier al meerdere keren besteld en altijd een fijne ervaring. Kleding heeft prima kwaliteit en al helemaal goede prijs. Verzenden duurt soms wat lang, maar dat vind ik voor deze prijs geen probleem. Ik heb zelf nooit nare dingen meegemaakt met retourneren; meestal kon ik het product houden en kreeg ik het geld teruggestort of ik kon ervoor kiezen om het in punten op mijn account te laten omzetten (dan was het meer waard dan de waarde van het product).

The worst customer service that I have… The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered a few clothes back in January and I have never received 3 of the items. The customer service team keep referring to be patient but they show zero effort and action to solve the problem. 3 person were answering my messages on the app but non of them were showing problem solving attitude. The names are Nare, Javier and Bess. They provided horrible customer service. I think they are scammers. Also I tried to write honest opinions about the clothes on their app and they never publish any negative and honest comments. Basically they charge you and if you never receive your parcel they will tell you to wait for it even through they know exactly the parcel will never show up. The clothes are from really cheap materials and they are ridiculously small. I ordered size M from everything as that’s my size in every shop and the size of them would be Extra Small in any other normal shop where they make clothes for adults. And when I requested exchange first they said they can’t do that until I haven’t received the other 3 items that I have ordered... And now they telling me to send everything back and they change it even if I haven’t received 3 of the items that I have ordered. Probably if I would send it back they would never send me anything in return and they would never refund my money either based on their actions. It’s really sad that I will receive an automated reply on this... I hope this shop will not operate for long as the only thing they doing is leaving disappointed customers behind. And also charging you and not provide service is not only unacceptable but also illegal.
