it is a huge hit or miss. good things first: you can get free shipping on big orders (over 300-500 $ depending on special sales) so ordering with friends is really worth it. dokidoki for example has really high shipping (20-50 euros) so you can save some here. pre sale time was always accurate, which is also different for many other stores they make their cosplays themselves, so no reselling (exept for "collab" products), therefore you will get some exclusive fanarts. However.. now the bad things: terrible customer service as always, only pay with paypal. they offer very little amounths (like 3$) or try to scam you in other ways with for example not paying for shipping for missing parts. those issues always got resolved after i mentioned EU law and my paypal buyer protection tho. you have to cover shipping for returns yourself and it can easily get like 50 euros since you have to ship it privately, so no pre bought labels. the size chart is not always true. for me the boob and especially shoulder area alsways runs smaller. some cosplays however were bigger than the size chart. its gambling if it will fit. also the quality has been going down. it looks way better on the pics than irl. lots of really cheap 3d print, hot glue everywhere to attach accessories and overall not that great qualitity. all in all: you can get lucky and everything is nice.. or not. only pay with paypal and check reviews for quality. id say its worth it for special pretty fanarts, especially with the free shipping

Honestly disappointing
I've heard so much about uwowo, and while i can't say i had an horrible experience, i've seen enough. I'm not one to buy brands like doki doki or uwowo as i believe they have many overpriced and overhyped cosplays (I cosmake half my costumes or buy from aliexpress) yet i decided to give Uwowo a try with their Star guardian ahri costume that i bought off aliexpress. Don't get me wrong, the costume itself was actually very good, the materials were comfortable to wear even in summer, the only issue being sizing. One of the details of the cosplay, a star on the collar arrived half peeled off the fabric and due to the sizing it kept getting in my neck and half stabbing it which was very uncomfortable, and while a collar was added and did help, it kept falling off. I'm aware asian sizing tends to be off for more plus sized people, but honestly it felt kinda disappointing, the rest of the costume was good whatsoever. So why the bad review? Well, because i've seen a lot of situations where uwowo's cosplays dissapoint more than pleasing the costumer. One of my friends bought a now discontinued uwowo cosplay out of vinted and after a photoshoot the fabic LITERALLY STARTED DESINTEGRATING, she had to buy the costume again and THE SAME HAPPENED. As someone who does in fact sew and knows quite a lot about fabrics, i have literally no idea of how that could even happend apart from being made from very cheap fabric or maybe some sort of reaction with the climate or use. Many friends of mine had issues, again, with sizings and quality, some cosplays have a very high quality, others are trash (Mostly the newer ones) So in conclussion, Uwowo's biggest con is the sizing, i wouldn't recomend this brand especially for plus size cosplayers as you will pobably have to end up fixing the costume by hand and some of their meassurements are laughable, then comes the quality, please make sure to read reviews or search other options before buying from uwowo as you might find cheaper and better alternatives.

Extremely Poor Sizing and Service
The quality of the cosplay itself is amazing. The materials and craftsmanship are really good. However, everything around it is absolutely terrible. The size chart is complete nonsense and does not match the actual measurements of the cosplay at all. I measured my entire body carefully, and according to the chart I should have ordered size M. Uwowo even states that if you’re unsure about sizing, you should order one size bigger. I didn’t follow that advice and ordered size S instead, since I have always worn size S. When I tried on the size S cosplay, it was so huge that the clothes wouldn’t even stay on my body. The return process with Uwowo is incredibly stressful. Even though this was clearly their fault for providing incorrect measurements online, I had to pay all shipping costs myself: $20 for the S cosplay, $20 to send it back, and another $10 to have the replacement shipped to me from China. You are completely left on your own as a customer. As “compensation,” they only offered me a $10 coupon for my next order. Overall, this is an unbelievably bad system and terrible service. I will definitely be ordering my cosplays elsewhere in the future.

Sehr schlechte Qualität
Ich habe bis jetzt zwei mal dort bestellt und wurde auch genauso oft enttäuscht. Die mase welche in der Größentabelle stehen stimmen von vorne bis hinten nicht. Xl passt wie eine s. Man bekommt keine lösung angeboten da sich der kundendienst bei fragen nie meldet. Die Qualität ist sehr plastikhaft. Werde dort nichtmehr bestellen.

terrible website
terrible website, teribble service, measurements for orders are all over the place and nowhere near what you ordered. almost like they just slap a s or l label on some sort of one size fits all. mind you if the one size fits all includes 5 year old kids. responose from the seller? verry aggresive email stating wich gives me the idea there is no way you will be able to actualy get a refund. they essentialy say they will be looking for defects until they find one that they can write off as a reason to not give a refund.
