Great hire company!
We just came back from 5 nights in our VW campervan which we named Goldie Horn as she was bright gold in colour. Had a fab time! All clean and worked well. Great little van. The water tap didn’t work but was told this is an issue with the VW vans as the plug can come out while driving. As no one is on hand to answer on a weekend I would make a suggestion to put the fix on your website or a little card or sticker in the water storage cupboard so people can see it and fix it themselves. We got used to not having water over the weekend and stayed in campsites so wasn’t a major deal, just a little annoying. Apart from that, great service from booking to collection and drop off. I highly recommend booking with this company, it’s a fab service and we will definitely hire from here again.

Just Come Back From A Week In Cornwall. Had The Best Time. The Motor Home Was Perfect. It Was Clean Everything Worked. I Messaged Them On the Sunday To Extend Our Hire By Another Day, The Staff Came Back To Me Within The Hour, It Was All Sorted For Me With No Problems. Will Definitely Be Hiring Again From You Guys. Excellent service from Romford depot…
Excellent service from Romford depot and head office. Clean, reliable vehicles. Have hired twice now ( VW campervan ) . On trip was to Scotland, and my most recent was the Cotswolds. No issues at all. Good value for money. No automatics available to hire .

I booked a 7 day motor home with Sharon Charter at Vaaroom Ltd, and have to say the service I received from her and the company was absolutely fantastic. This was the first time I'd even considered a motor home break, but wish I'd done it before! Sharon talked me through the the whole process, offered advice on everything from Pick up on day 1 through to the return of the vehicle. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vaaroom to anyone thinking of planning a trip and will certainly be contacting her again in the future. Thanks to everyone at Varoom.
