I called to see if there was any RV…
I called to see if there was any RV rentals available in the city I live. I already had a reservation for a standard RV rental. I asked the agent what size was the bed and she let me know that it was a double bed and that we would have to climb over each other to get in the bed. I told her I’m a woman of a certain size 😊The agent then told me that there was a larger RV for rent for $13 more and it has a queen bed and you can walk around both sides of the bed. I was very pleased with her knowledge. She listened to me and based off the information I provided her, she then gave me her recommendation.

Travelled from Illinois to California…
Travelled from Illinois to California to travel in the mountains. So no cell service. Motor home should not have been rented. A/c in the cab did not work, awful from end squeal the whole trip, freezer smelled like spoiled milk. There answer you didn’t call to get things “fixed”. So screw up our timeline and plans and itinerary for the trip to get things fixed that should have been taken care of before the rental? Customer service after the fact sucks! They said here is a $50 gift card! We are not coming back! I want some refund on another shitty experience. Mind you 5 years ago we rented and had an issue then. Terrible company don’t let them screw up your vacation. There are other companies out there.

I don't know where to even start on…
I don't know where to even start on this. We wanted to take a full week, 7 days, vacation as a family, cause we rarely get to do so. My wife booked this thinking it would be a fabulous experience. The day of the rental, we went to pick it up at 10 AM. We didn't get done with the process until 11 AM and we were the only ones there. To start it off, the RV had been brought back, but not cleaned. We got back to our house around 11:30 AM and then got to cleaning it. It took us 3 hours to clean the inside, then another 2.5 hours to clean the storage areas. With almost 6 hours out of the day and our trip, we packed up and set off. First impressions...I absolutely hate it. It is extremely loud and you cannot hear your thoughts. To talk with others in the vehicle, you must yell. Also, milage is only 6.8 per gallon, which absolutely SUCKS!!! Any breeze is going to toss the vehicle around like crazy. (Also just a quick note...When we rented the RV, it was 1/2 full on fuel, and 1/3 of propane. They said if we brought it back with more fuel/propane, then we would get refunded/prorated the more that we brought back. They also charge per hour of generator use which is $3.50/hour. We found out also that in order to rent the RV for a full 7 days, we had to actually rent it for 8 days. Why??? They said because you have to do a full next day rental and have it turned in by 11 AM at the latest.). It continued to be extremely noisy every since day and every time that you drive. Fuel milage per gallon continued to suck as it stayed about the same the entire time. To fill the tank which is 50 gallons, it takes about $300. On day 2 of the trip, the bathroom began to have an odor of sewage, which had not been used, and the black tank had previously been emptied prior to use renting the RV. (Known because the caps of both the black and grey tanks were open.). The RV is extremely cumbersome to drive around as the 25 footer does NOT fit into a typical car space. It is too wide and too long. Throughout our trip as well, we had the backroom sink cabinet fall off the wall as we were driving on the highway. The cabinet only had 3 items in it, which weighed maybe 10 oz total. (Small tube of toothpaste, facial cream, and some liquid hand soap.) Day of turning the RV in...tank was 1/2 full (same level as initially getting it), propane was almost 3/4 full (originally was 1/3 full on day of rental). We were told that they do not have the capability of doing refunds/prorating costs upon return of the RV. Would I recommend this....ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
