Like others have said here, this is a fraudulent website despite being advertised on all social media platforms. Beware. Initiate a charge back with your bank or payment provider.

Customer service is terrible total rip of
Customer service is shocking I wrote to them via email and Facebook they answered my first part on Facebook was told to send pictures which I did now being totally ignored I placed an order for 2 tins with my choice of waffles sent one and a bag of plain stroopwafels these r for gifts £35 for something I could of got in my local tesco rip off this is my first time ordering from this site and it will be my last

Failure in all aspects a Scam!
Sick of these adverts trying to scam people, ordered in November and had to contact Visa for Money back £76 end of January. A lot of people never received the wafels as you can see, propped up their business with the money received. Some have not been refunded even yet! Another day another advert! Or any bad reviews removed! Big gamble, will You get them or not! Please pay by credit card if you decide to buy, as after 30 days non delivery will get your money back. Just a hassle buy some on Amazon!

Sadly another unhappy customer
Sadly another unhappy customer. Order placed 4th December and only received order this week. There was no way of contacting the company to ask for a refund. My emails were returned undeliverable. The order was meant as a Christmas present so now useless. No apology offered or explanation. The actual waffles are overpriced and nothing special. The tin contained mostly packaging and a grand total of 6 waffles. A wasted £40.
