£120 Vapman: Broke after a month, completely useless after a year
I bought a Vapman in September 2025, and within a month, one of the screws going into the wood body stripped out. This left me having to continuously repair it just to keep it functional. When I contacted Vapman support, they told me this was a "rare issue" and offered me 40% off a new device. Personally, I would have preferred a replacement—especially since the issue happened so quickly. Given that threading a metal screw directly into wood is inherently easy to strip, I sincerely doubt this is as rare of an issue as they claim. I have now had the vape for about a year, and it has only further degraded and deteriorated to the point where I now have to replace it entirely. I won't be buying from Vapman again. Paying £120 for a premium device only for it to break within a month and essentially fall apart after a year is not a level of quality I could ever recommend. I have bought vapes at half that price, made with cheaper materials and requiring batteries, that have lasted significantly longer.

Never received product, was charged extra for shipping on top of shipping, When shipping should have been free, bc I spent over the websites amount to get free shipping. Overall bad customer service, I had to remind them to ship the product 2 weeks later bc they forgot. Then they shipped it to a random address in the USA, which they expected to me pay even more tariff fee's to an address that wasn't even mine. I tried to explain and resolve this through emails but they didn't want to take the blame they wanted to place the blame on me what a sad company it doesn't work like that in the USA hopefully they get rejected for all orders coming to USA now.

You got a costumer for life
Super happy with my purchase vapman 2.0 - Olive. Already tried it a few times and it holds up to all the praise. Amazing quality and smooth design. It's my first butane vape and it takes a little trial and error to master it, but i wouldn't have it any other way, it makes the ritual fun. Would also like to praise the costumer support, very accomodating and helpful! I can't recommend these guys enough, I'm definitely returning as a costumer.

Vapman rocks!
Vapman rocks! I'm so happy with my miniature wooden gizmo. With good care, I expect it will last a lifetime. David and Michael are passionate and hardworking owners and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. And shout-out to FC for illuminating this gem.
