Absolutely abhorrent
Absolutely abhorrent, disgusting individuals. Avoid at all costs! My first time ordering this type of product, stuff for work to avoid damaging my originals. All of a sudden, the link from Shop didn’t work and the co had seemingly disappeared. I eventually found a way to contact them, after much time spent. I was informed by Vogolux in writing that they are being sued and they had been shut down. I had placed a total of 3 orders, all the $ had left my credit card as deductions. I received a total of 3 poorly written messages back from these reprobates stating that I should file a claim with credit card as all their systems were shut down and they themselves couldn’t refund. One order had tracking but the next 2 did not have live tracking, so I disputed with credit card. It was scary because it was a lot of $. I received one message back from credit card that one transaction had successfully been cancelled, but nothing on the other one. I then started receiving highly unprofessional & accusatory messages from Vogolux. I responded pointing out that they themselves had told me they were shut down and that the shipment is not moving from the destination. They sent me screenshots “showing” movement which I do not trust. My response was that if I receive the goods, as described, I will release the dispute. I have not received ANY goods at all. Needless to say, I will never order from such a company again. They are trading under other names now - DO NOT DO IT! It is 100% clear that this is a scam. I had confidence to order in the beginning due to them being on the SHOP app, this was obviously misplaced and naive confidence that should never have been extended to them or SHOP. Please AVOID.

I ordered size 39. I received size 40C. Poor customer service. Nobody takes accountability to exchange or return. It is a spam

Bad and rude customer service. After receiving a size too small no refund was issued and no accommodation of bigger size.

Achtung Betrug
Achtung Betrug! Verkauf von Plagiaten/Imitate/Fakes! Versendet nicht das bestellte,irgendwas anders. Bei Kontaktaufnahmen wird der Händler beleidigend und unterstellt,man würde etwas anderes senden,oder leeres Paket. Klarna hier auch sehr kompliziert. Da hilft nur,sofort Rechtsberatung!! Kaufen sie hier nichts!!!

Defekte Ware, aggressiver Support und Drohungen
Ich habe defekte Ware erhalten (Kette beschädigt, Ohrring verbogen). Die Qualität entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Der Kundenservice hat keine Lösung angeboten, sondern: * Rückversand nach China auf eigene Kosten verlangt * mich beleidigt („scammer“, „thief“) * mich unter Druck gesetzt * mir sogar gedroht („your family will pay the consequences“) Das Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und unseriös. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.
