I wish I knew about this website beforei purchased. I had a similar experience as many here thinking I was ordering Adidas Sambas but what I received were ill fitting and poor quality. Interestingly, instead of shipping back to process the return, I was asked to donate them. I'm happy to donate items but obviously they are not the real thing if they aren't interested in getting them back. So I donate them and go to the trouble of taking pictures of myself doing so, as required,and once all of this is submitted, they tell me I took too long to donate them and wouldn't issue my refund. There's absolutely no deadline listed for sending the photos and it was within 30 days. Avoid!!

**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** I purchased trainers that did not fit properly and was told if I gave them to a charity and got proof of this they would send me a refund. Once I did this they went back on their word and said they’d give me a replacement which I didn’t want. To cut a long story short their emails have been rude and they still refuse to give me a refund.

I ordered a size 13 shoe
I ordered a size 13 shoe. After waiting for over a month the wrong size shoe arrived. I informed customer service. I donated the shoe and provided proof per their instructions. (They made me do it multiple times. I requested a refund simply because I didn’t want to wait a month for the wrong size. They informed me the only option was to pay $45 for shipping (almost more than half of what the shoes costs). Additionally customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you value your money DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give them a negative I would. The shoes arrived after weeks of waiting, they are not authentic adidas, the velcro strap is faulty, they refused to take responsibility and gave some ridiculous excuse of me not meeting their computer generated timelines as I was overseas when they asked for video evidence which I said I would get to them promptly on my return.
