This company is diabolical!
This company is diabolical! Their products are cheap flimsy Chinese products that last for 10 minutes and fall to pieces after very little use! They don’t cover anything under their warranty as they blame everything on customer damage and wear and tear! The biggest fool here is me for ever buying binoculars from them. If I could leave a review in negative numbers then I certainly would

I didn’t read the reviews before I bought, and when I did, was devastated thinking I had just blown $309,00 I immediately emailed them with my concerns. I got 4 emails back, showing tracking no, still I was worried. They sent me a further update on tracking. The binoculars are brilliant, purchased on the 3rd August arrived today 11th August. Absolutely no problems either this company or communication. Sad if so many people have had difficulties.

DO NOT ORDER from Warmax
Well DO NOT ORDER from Warmax, I ordered mine in October 2025 and finally got them on 17 March 2026, i purchased as a Christmas gift, the absolute worse nightmare do deal with, if my researches are correct it is British owned but made in China, so the company’s goal is to maximize their profits and they don’t give a shit about customers

Do not buy from this company !!!
Oh I do wish I had read the reviews before buying. Now chasing for delivery after being notified of dispatch 2 weeks ago. I have emailed the 'support' email numerous times with no response. DO NOT BUY from this horrific company. SCAM. Warmax you should be ashamed...

THIS IS A BLATANT SCAM SITE - AVOID The “ornithological binoculars” promoted by an apparently world renowned ornithological legend are $20 duds mass produced in China. They wouldn’t identify an ostrich at 20 metres, yards, or even inches. If you have paid your money kiss it off - the Melbourne returns “for a full refund “ drop off point was an abandoned factory. These people are criminals.
