I really like booking parkings on Way
I really like booking parkings on Way. It is easy. The cusomer service is very good. When I call, it always someone to answer the phone.

Let’s start with way.com was fined by NYC DCWP for $200,000 for funneling customers to unlicensed unvetted parking facilities around JFK. If you would like to check it out, it was on CBS news. I trusted way to find me a parking facility around JFK for June 16 through June 19. They funneled me to a place called a Econo Park a.k.a. JFK prime Park a.k.a. US auto storage . I do believe they go by other names as well. Upon dropping off my car I took videos of my brand new HRV 2026 with 3000 miles on it. Upon picking it up, my car was sideswiped on the passenger side, both doors. Upon finding this, I reported it to the parking attendant of which he told me to contact the parking manager, Markens Nicolas and they refuse to give me a report. This turned out to be the owner of the facility. I reported this right away to Way.com of which they told me that they are just a parking app and have no control over it well three months later and still battling after proving with meta-time stamp pictures that my car was dropped off at the facility undamaged and picked up at the facility with damage. Way.com has done not much to help me. Every time you call they will escalate it and tell you that they need to give you need to give them 24 to 48 hours to respond. That would be all fine and well if they came up with a solution instead they bounce you around from representative to representative. I have now filed a lawsuit against way for their deception and also my damages. I am a decent person and all I wanted was my car fixed and a rental car I was asking for nothing more. At one point they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and they dismissed it. Well, if you are the one funneling me to these unlicensed un vetted facilities it is your problem, especially in light of there recent troubles that they’ve had in New York City. It has been almost 3 months of trying to get this resolved and all I wanted was my car fixed and a rental car while my car was being serviced. Nothing more nothing less. Instead, I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround from both way.com and the parking facility they both repeatedly ask the same questions that I have answered time and time again just giving me the runaround. Questions like what’s your ZIP Code and what are your estimates which I keep providing over and over again. So if you are trusting way to find you a decent parking facility in the New York City area at a decent price just keep moving . They told me that there is absolutely nothing that they could do about it because it is the parking facilities problem. Well if you’re referring them and it is your problem too.. I will not be dismissed and I will not be told. This is your problem. I am currently in the process of a civil suit with way over this matter. So if you value your car your time your money, please do not rely on way to provide you a reliable service. I would like to know if anybody else has had this experience as well.

I go a dent on my door at their parking lot, at Sea tac parking. I filled a complaint, no answer to them taking responsibility.

I came to pump gas and buy a scratchy here at Mobil in Bloomingdale,I’m from Avondale area! The experience was so disappointing and distasteful!I am a puerto Rican man.in my 50 ‘s she told be to move like 3 times from we’re I was scratching my ticket .and ask what was taking so long . And said she would’ve scratched like 20 by now ! My eye sight is bad and I brought a 30 $ ticket I just thought she was mean and rude!!!!
