Total Scam - DO not engage with these people
My experience has not been very good - I was sold Franchisee in April 2026 after attending Vincent Wong's bootcamp and then following that within 4 weeks - Network Property Ltd went into insolvency - Vincent Wong and his associates including Florence Ng, Marcos Souto did not inform me or anyone about the insolvency. By that point I have already paid £9k as franchise fee. When I confronted them about the issue - they simply shut me down and told me to contact the insolvency solicitor for refund. I asked about what training or support will be provided for money paid - they said I am difficult to work with so nothing will be offered unless I pay further £11k to Network Property UK ltd which is new entity they have created. Scam alert - check Wealth Dragons, Network Property in the companies house website - we can find lot of info such as insolvencies under slightly different names. The modus operandum is simple - create company - run it for few years and then dissolve it after getting profits. I have reported their case to undofraud.com and I am in the process of taking legal action against concerned people and entities. I hope this message will save atleast 1 other person getting scammed by these people.

Not refunding even for cancellations within cooling off period
I would be VERY wary before engaging with this company. I had subscribed to the Portfolio Builder programme on 9th October 2025 and decided not to continue in the programme on 20th October 2025, within the 14 day cooling off period. It has been 8 months now of continuous followups by email and whatsapp, and despite promising multiple times to refund my deposit, this has still not happened.

A BIG thank you with huge gratitude to Wealth Dragons, Vincent, and the entire team. The 3-day training was a true wealth of knowledge — not to mention pure GOLD 👌🏾. I can honestly say I’ve been completely blown away by what was shared. To not take action on this information would be, quite simply, criminal. I will be keeping myself in the loop for upcoming training programmes and look forward to fully joining in the near future. In the meantime, I will be applying everything I’ve learned — especially focusing on sourcing BMV deals and stepping into this space as a Deal Maker.
