Super produit
Super produit, ultra light, design soigné, sonne bien pour le poids et le prix ! Je suis impressionné par ce ratio (qualité/legèreté/prix). Le Bluetooth se coupe de temps en temps (arrêt saccadé) mais malgré ce léger défaut je reste très satisfait . Reste à voir comment il dure dans le temps :)

A complete and utter scam.
A complete and utter scam. I ordered a limited edition Pink Floyd cassette player in July. I ordered two of them to maximise my chances of receiving one, but Ligia, my customer services assistant, that this was not necessary so cancelled one of my orders. When I ordered the items, I was NOT told they would be subject to a £40 customs charge - indeed I had not realised that WE ARE REWIND was based in France. I took this extra cost 'hit' on the chin, although it would mean I would be spending close to £200 for a cassette player. This is not small change. Basically, the issue has been that I repeatedly never received the email or text message notifying me to pay the customs duty, so the item was twice returned to WE ARE REWIND. Throughout my correspondence, I found the customer services assistant, Ligia, to be unhelpful, unempathic and dogmatic. She refused to empathise that this item was something I had been looking forward to owning. Then ensued a complaint escalation whereby I repeatedly stated I did not want a refund, I wanted the item. In the final analysis, I received a refund. So no item. Worse still - WE ARE REWIND then decided to charge me US$60 for NOT delivering the item. I have tried to refute this but to no avail. They say this amount is on the website that I wasn't - and am still not - aware of. The latest is that the company said that, "as a gesture of goodwill" they reviewed my correspondence and then decided to do nothing. What do they normally do - ignore the customer entirely? I pointed out that there are a good number of one-star reviews for WE ARE REWIND on , many experiencing the same unfair customs charge for NOT receiving the item. They have not commented on this. WE ARE REWIND are now ignoring my call for another complaint escalation - one that resolves the matter satisfactorily - and have closed the case, even though I clearly am not happy. Would you be? I would go so far to say that this experience has been a SCAM. I would avoid this company at all costs. - -

Analog nirvana !
The Rewind Cassette player is everything I'd hoped for - solid build quality, great sounding audio quality and the extra earphone covers were a nice touch. Couldn't be happier.
