I was introduced to Super Digital…
I was introduced to Super Digital through another company I worked for a few years ago. I found Super Digital to be easy to work with, respond to last minute changes quickly and have been able to give insightful digital advice to support marketing campaigns. Super Digital has been our digital agency in my current role for 10 months. The first job was to improve our SEO, to help reduce how much we were spending on Google Ad words. Since then, we have been able to do some targeted marketing. They have also provided social media campaigns each month to help improve sales. Before Super Digital started our ROI was not clear, it was a mess to see where our return was coming from. Super Digital fixed some issues with our ecommerce site and now I can review where sales are linked to different campaigns. Our main marketing channel for advertising is digital so it was important I hired a digital agency I knew I could rely on and work with effectively. Our internet sales are up by 15% compared with last year's sales, we are delighted with this result. I highly recommend Super Digital and look forward to working with them even more in the future.

Chris and the team at Super Digital really are top of the league. I worked with them during my time at Birmingham City University to support on everything from SEO (keyword research, design (leaflets) and even email templates. The communication and customer service always stands out, as does the quality of the work produced. I'd always recommend the Super Digital team in a heartbeat!
