Refund policy is false
Please note, their 60 day return listed is bunk. First, you have to pay for the return and, per their customer service, a direct copy from their email "Please note that for an exchange, the return shipping cost may be higher than the order value. Also, we accept returns or exchanges only if the item reaches us within 14 days." Basically, there is no guarantee, they say eff you to customers

Substandard Product and Refund Refusal I’m writing to share my dissatisfaction with the product and customer service. The product received is completely defective and inconsistent with their marketing. It has an overly oily texture, offers poor coverage, and settles heavily into fine lines. Furthermore, the customer service handling is unacceptable. I have sent over six emails requesting a return address and the team has repeatedly violated the stated policy by denying the fault and offering arbitrary 50% partial refunds. Please honor your policy, provide the return address and process a 100% refund. You should not be taking consumer money if you cannot deliver a functional product or support it.

Foundation stick quality is extremely subpar
Foundation quality is extremely subpar, and you are unable to return the product once you open it, the only option they offer is 15% refund. Check return policy carefully before you purchase. I don't recommend it.

They are impossible to do business…
They are impossible to do business with. I've been trying to get a refund for days and response is minimal. I followed their return policy on their website and I feel as though they think if they avoid responding long enough, I will move on. Product is average, does change color but leaves your face looking wet. Overall, I would pass on it entirely.
