On Aug 18th I called to inform answering representative Abby of trying to return product order #FE8A6ADBF3 when the call dropped. Also tried emailing company on Aug & Aug 7th but never got a response. I want return this product order #FE8A6ADBF3 for a full refund. I need return information and or return label Please help me with getting this order #FE8A6ADBF3 returned and REFUNDED.

Misleading "Full Foot" Claims & Useless…
Misleading "Full Foot" Claims & Useless Heat Settings Do not be fooled by the "full-foot heat" claims. The heating element is only a 4-inch pad under the ball of the foot and toes. The heat output is completely inadequate for cold feet. On the highest setting, it barely registers (reading 34°C on a surface thermometer—the same as standard pant fabric over skin). On lower settings, there is virtually no heat at all. To make matters worse, the 2,200 mAh battery only lasts 1–2 hours on the highest setting. Lower settings conserve battery, but since they provide no warmth, it’s pointlessly stretching out zero benefit. Combine this useless performance with hidden USD conversion rates (an advertised $69 order turned into $204 AUD) check their website today. This has changed. When you go to check out it shows the actual price, but it didn't want to order them, months of shipping delays, and a total refusal from customer support to issue a refund, and you have a complete scam. Avoid. This makes your point crystal clear: it's not that electricity isn't flowing, it's that the design is fundamentally flawed and the marketing is entirely deceptive.

Wouldn't recommend this heater and price dosent specify US Dollars not AUD
Good delivery time but product is of very poor quality and as a heater useless Also, upfront purchase price did not specify US Dollars as price point. Ended up spending the way too much money after exchange range was calculated. Don't bother

Handy Heaters expectations
The heaters purchased did not reach the expectations that the add forecast, I run the heater in my bathroom for a day and it made little difference to the temperature.
