Jamais recu apres 4 mois...
Commende 3 fait le 4 mai, 4 mois plus tard toujours rien, des mails toujours pareil, "nous avons des délais imprévus". Service client 0, niveau des commande on est sur une arnaque, incapable de suivre les délais proposer sur le site...

Terrible as usual
Terrible as usual, don’t know why I thought it might be better next time around. Months on and still waiting, chased and get told they have had “machine faults” won’t be wasting my time again. If you’re considering buying from these guys check elsewhere first or at least expect to wait up to 6 months for the case.

Order Not Received in Promised Timescales, and Poor Comms
Ordered Brickheadz stand at the start of June, something quite simple to lazer cut. The estimated delivery date was the WC 7th August which seemed a long time but product reviews (at time were good) As of 27th Aug my order has still not arrived. An email was sent today apologising, and explaining that this was due to a surge of orders and failed machinery. Fair enough, although leaving it this long to apologise is pretty poor. But, the thing that makes this worse, despite acknowledging a backlog you continue to email and post on social media about new products you are launching. Surely the priority should by catching up on the orders you have had for months vs encouraging more. I have no faith my order will turn up so will be requesting a refund and sourcing from elsewhere

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company! I've order from them several times over the last few years and every time I get mails about production delays but the latest takes the biscuit! So I ordered my Back to the Future case on May 2nd, yes May 2nd it's taken nearly 20 weeks to produce i had confirmation last week it had been shipped and surprise noting! Looking on Royal mail website it still hasn't even been handed over to them! That was a week ago.....although their website says 10-12 week production take that with a huge pinch of salt.... Very disappointing I won't buy again, sadly.

Disappointment in quality and communication
We have ordered plenty of cases from Wicked Brick- and they are outstanding. This time , as many others are experiencing, I have not only a missing side to the case, but the side that did arrive does not even fit the front and back. I have been waiting over a week for a reply from the company and am highly disappointed. This was a Limited Edition order for the Model T- Item #LDS857.3.7
