The material is terrible
The bag's material is terrible; it doesn't match the photo. The strap material is awful. It’s very expensive.

New watch replacement
Ok, first off I’m extremely sorry for not getting this review done in a timely manner. That being said I had purchased a watch from Blue Wolf a couple of months ago. When I recieved it the watch worked but the side buttons were missing to operate the stop watch portion. I wrote Blue Wolf and got in contact with the gal Suzanne. I showed her the picture I took of the watch. She was very professional and shipped another watch out to me. She also during that time kept me informed on the status on the replacement. Suzanne is a true professional and a keeper for Blue Wolf. People like her are becoming a rarity. I would recommend the company to anyone for the products you sell. Everything from point of sale to delivery was done in a timely fashion. You can’t ask for better service in my book. Well done!

Wolfbluestore.com or bluewolfstore.com has very poor product quality and crappy shipping service. I paid $115.20 in June 26 for an Orena shoes. It arrived where the left pair is looser than the right. I had sent video to Wolfblue to prove it. They decided to replace it. During the negotiation, in the end I decided to buy another shoe model (an Oxfell model) after accepting their discount offer of 70% = paid $36.50. It was shipped on 15/07/26 but no sight of the goods after 3 weeks. So I complained and threatened them that I will dispute / claw back both purchases with my credit card bank being I gave away the first pair because it was defective and the second pair did not arrive at all! WB finally organised correctly the re-shipment of the Oxfell model. (It turned out that the shoe never left their Chinese Warehouse Supplier on 15/07/26. They are an on-line store who does drop shipping). To cut the long store short, the shoes finally arrived on 26/08/26 (42 days from the original shipping date of 15/07/26). My disappointment with WB had grown further when I saw the shoes! they were not even placed inside a shoe box but just wrap inside a shoe bag made of cheap cloth. It was squashed because no material at all was put inside the shoes as cushion to prevent it from being squashed whilst in transit. In conclusion, I will never buy again from WB because of very poor product quality, unreliable shipping services and their products are always on sale / they look very good in photos but actual products are really bad! Dont be fooled that you got a bargain when you buy their heavily discounted products! Wait till you receive them and you will be frustrated.

Wonderful Blue Wolf
I recently purchased a shoulder bag with Blue Wolf. Excellent experience with this company. However, the delivery company failed to deliver and were no help. They referred me back to Blue Wolf. Ther customer care was excellent. They kept me fully informed and very professional. They really cared about resolving my issue. I know have a beautiful shoulder bag. Thank you Blue Wolf.
