Small business owner happy with orders
I ordered blank T-shirts. They arrived on time, safely packaged . The colours are vibrant and what I expected. There was adequate information on the website so that I knew what I getting. I regularly order from Wordans and am happy order again.

The pens were excellent quality, an exceptional value for money and really useful as party favours. Delivery swift with good communication. I would use Wordans again.

One of the worst companies I have dealt…
One of the worst companies I have dealt with and I deal with a few. I have been trying to chase a parcel and got an unhelpful AI response to tell me to chase it with the courier myself. Zero help when I did that and found out my order is held at customs as they have not provided enough information on the commercial invoice. Phone line keeps getting cut off when you call. If you do manage to speak to someone the line is so bad it's hard to hear and they genuinely do not seem bothered to help you at all. My package is still waiting information from them on the 21/08 and the reply from Wordans was that they sent it on the 18/08.... TNT had already confirmed they still dont have it and despite me asking 5 times for them to resend and solve this issue for me I am left not knowing what is happening or when I will receive the goods that are needed for a charity event. I feel this is the last order I will be placing with them and most likely I will have to do a chargeback on my credit card.
