Be aware buyers.
I ordered a dress and it did not fit, I have tried 6 times to contact them to no avail.There was no paperwork in the parcel for returns My package actually came from china and the label had my address on which was covered over by evri I was able to peel it off and the parcel had been sent from China. Buyers beware.

I have been waiting nearly two months…
I have been waiting nearly two months for my order to arrive . I have sent several e-mails but nothing has happened . I think I should have my items by now . I am so annoyed .

Poor return policy
I orderd a dress it didn't fit. I emailed customer service, they said they needed more information, emailed a copy of the order and told them it didn't fit. I have heard nothing. I read easy returns not so much.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I purchased four items, two of the four did not work. Those two outfits cost $130. When I asked customer service for help with a return, they did not issue one. Instead, they tried to negotiate a refund of $18, then when I refused, $45, then when I refused $55. In these negotiations I was to keep the clothes because "shipping is too expensive to Dubai" although their sorting facility is in New York. Their website says "easy returns" but that is not the case. If you don't like your items you will lose out on doing business with this company.
