Yamaha Comfort Seat
Only put one star as you cannot put none. Ordered a comfort seat for my MT-09 motorcycle. Seat stuck at DPD sorting office as all delivery information not given to them (though it was supplied). This seems a common problem from other posts. I have chased this several times, they give no idea when it will be delivered. Spoke to DPD who were helpful and confirmed they didn't have all delivery instructions. Took them over 2 weeks to think it may be good idea to give DPD the correct information, but only when prompted by myself. Don't even bother trying to ring them and the call back service does not work or is just ignored. All they keep asking if I want to cancel order...I just want what I ordered. I doubt anyone from Yamaha Customer services will read this as they dont seem to care and are not proactive in trying to sort things when they go wrong. Still waiting. Very dissapointed.

Bénéficiaire d'une assistance dépannage pour mon Majesty 400 suite à un entretien en concession , j'ai activé l'assistance "you assistance"le mardi 28 juillet 2026 à 17h suite à une panne moteur . Après 3 heures d'attente en plein soleil à 35°c et malgré la confirmation reçue de prise en compte de notre demande d’assistance, pas de traces de dépannage , ni aucun contact. Le dépannage a été finalement assuré par Europ-Assistance que nous avons contacté en doublon après les 3 heures d'attentes. Nous avons été gratifié d'un appel téléphonique laconique le lendemain pour s'excuser et un dossier d'indemnisation a été ouvert , dossier qui reste encore à ce jour sans réponse. Merci You assistance pour cette très mauvaise expérience !

Vernis de protection UV du phare qui se décolle au bout de 3 ans sur un Tmax sans prise en charge par Yamaha France. Indigne de la réputation de fiabilité que la marque cherche à maintenir.

Farebbero piu bella figura cancellando questo servizio offerto ( piu che servizio, e un disservizio ) Contattato al numero verde alle ore 10.54. Alle 11.56 dopo un ora, ho richiamato per sapere se avevano notizie.Mi hanno risposto di portare pazienza. Ricontattato alle 13.28 dicendo che mi avrebbero inviato un messaggio per sapere quando sarebbe arrivato carro attrezzi. Alle 13.48 dopo tre ore dalla mia chiamata, mi comunicano che nessuno e disponibile a venire a ritirare la moto. Questo e Vergognoso

They do not reply to emails or return phone calls, everything takes forever. Returned expensive item purchased from website because it was not as described ages ago. Considering going through PayPal now to get my refund.
