Yenibosna Airport AVM şubenizde Damla'dan hanım aldığım mükemmel hizmet için içten teşekkürlerimi sunmak isterim. Profesyonelliği, nazik yaklaşımı ve samimi ilgisi alışveriş deneyimimi gerçekten çok keyifli hale getirdi. Sergilediği üstün müşteri hizmeti anlayışı beni mağazanızdan birden fazla ürün satın almaya teşvik etti. Ayrıca ürünlerinizin kalitesi ve sunduğu değerden de son derece etkilendim. Too many disappointments after years of loyalty
Like others, I'm a long time Yves Rocher customer. However, my opinion is changing from very positive to negative, largely due to customer service - which is very lacking. It's almost impossible to reach anyone via phone, and when you do they are often rude. I have has problems with products going rancid, to YR removing items from my order list - without prior notification (email would be great!) and then being charged delivery. I am trying other products now - there was a time I wouldn't have even thought of it. Sign of the times - things are changing - not always for the best. Disappointed loyal YR customer

Unpleasant Experience at This Branch
I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for years. I regularly buy your products for myself and as gifts, and I always recommend them to others. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at your branch today. When I told the sales associate my budget for a gift, she immediately replied, "That's too small. How do you suggest that amount?" I found this comment rude and unprofessional. She also brought up that online prices are different from in-store prices, even though I had never mentioned online shopping or prices. Ironically, she then recommended a shower gel and a body mist, and the total was exactly within the budget I had given her from the beginning. I completed my purchase because I needed the gift, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. While I still love your products, I won't be returning to this branch.
