Such difficulties with Ink refill cartridges and bottled ink
First let me say I love my 3 pens but the ink refilling is a nightmare. The cartridges are difficult to insert until they 'click' into place. Should not need such strength. The ink bottles are a nightmare. The plastic insert in the neck of the bottle is almost impossible to remove without getting covered in ink. Then the refillable cartridge adaptation only fits one of the 3 pens.

Luxury Pens, But Poor Customer Service.
This company promotes itself as selling “luxury pens at an affordable price”, but unfortunately my experience has been far from luxurious. I spent over £60 on a fountain pen as a gift for my wife, only to find that it had a problem with the ink flow and disappointing writing quality. I contacted customer service to report the fault and ask for assistance, but after several emails and follow-ups, I received absolutely no response. A faulty product can happen, but what is unacceptable is a company completely ignoring a customer's request for help after they have already taken their money. If you are considering buying from this company, be aware that while they are happy to promote and sell their “luxury pens”, my experience suggests that when something goes wrong, their customer service may simply ignore you. 1/5 stars – not only because a fault occurred, but because of the complete lack of support afterwards.

Ellington pens set the new standard
Ellington made big claims about their pens and I was curious to see how well the fountain pen would write. I usually write with my 30 year old Schaefer fountain pen so it has a lot to live up to. Firstly pretty quick delivery and clear communication. It came with 2 cartridges so I popped over in and found i didn't have to squeezed the cartridge to get there ink to flow. While initially I didn't find it as smooth to write with as my Schaefer that changed the more I used it and I found it is quite a forgiving pen as far as the angle you can write . All in all in very satisfied with my new pen and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
