Top Autovermieter auf Kreta
Wir buchen seit 10 Jahren immer mal wieder Autos bei Eurocar Kreta und das jedesmal absolut problemlos. Immer gute Autos und nie Probleme bei der Rückgabe. Mussten einmal krankheitsbedingt stornieren, was ebenfalls top gelöst wurde. Durch einen deutschen Mitarbeiter vor Ort war Kommunikation auf deutsch jederzeit möglich. Für uns passt Preis-Leistungsverhältnis durch die Gewissheit, dass es problemlos funktioniert! Die auf Kreta möglichen Probleme bei der Automiete (siehe die vielen Foreneinträge zu bei Abholung des Autos teuren Pflichtversicherungen oder Problem bei der Rückgabe….) gibt es bei Eurocar Kreta nicht! Absoluter Topvermieter! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

One of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had, and unfortunately it happened at the very beginning of my holiday
One of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had When I arrived at Heraklion Airport, I had to wait around 30 minutes for the representative because the local supplier did not have a desk at the airport. When she finally arrived, I initially trusted that the car provided was the one I had booked online. However, after inspecting it, I discovered that it was in very poor condition: it was old, the windows/windscreen were so dirty and hazy that visibility was affected, the tyres looked old and underinflated, and there was no proper way to connect my phone for navigation. When I told the representative that this was not the car I believed I had booked online and asked for another vehicle, her attitude became extremely rude and hostile. I was basically told that this was the only car available and that if I did not want it, they could simply cancel my contract. I was alone, it was getting late, and I had all my luggage with me. I contacted DoYouSpain for help, but I was told that they could not do anything. Left with no realistic alternative at that moment, I reluctantly accepted the car just to reach my hotel and decided to return it the following day. Driving that car on the motorway at night was extremely stressful. Because of the poor visibility through the windscreen and the weak lighting, I genuinely did not feel safe driving it. I returned the car the next day. However, getting my money back became another nightmare. It took approximately 10 days of phone calls, emails and providing evidence before the refund was finally resolved. What makes the situation even more disappointing is that I was charged €60 for one day, even though the original rental rate was approximately €38 per day. Instead of receiving an apology or reasonable treatment after everything that happened, I ended up paying significantly more for that single day. This experience caused enormous stress and wasted a significant part of the beginning of my holiday. I spent my first days in Crete dealing with phone calls, emails and refund disputes instead of enjoying the vacation I had spent a lot of money planning. I would strongly advise future customers to carefully inspect the vehicle before accepting it and to be prepared for the possibility that the vehicle provided may not match their expectations or booking. Personally, I would not rent from this local supplier again.

Excellent condition car and great service
Fabulous service and information at time of booking from Schoinarakis. Reasonable price for 24hr hire so we could go out in the evening and all day the following day. Great recommendations of places to visit. Car was on excellent condition nearly new.

Een auto gehuurd bij Eurocar Griekenland, De auto volledige na gelopen op schade vooraf was redelijk wat schade aan de auto maar gaven aan dat dit niet erg was, bij terug brengen van de auto leek dit toch even anders te zijn en heb ik een boete gekregen van 150€, Pas op met huren van een auto via deze company, indien mogelijk kijk naar anderen verhuurbedrijven, in gesprek geweest met het hoofdkantoor maar geen mede leven van uit hun kant schuiven je naar de muur en verwijzen naar het contract, slechtste service die ik ooit mee gemaakt heb
