Da wir jetzt seit 1 woche warten Immer kommt in 48stunden melde sich jemand und ich habe meine Ware immer noch nicht und reichen kann man auch keinen Und das beste kommt jetzt ich wohne in Bayern burtenbach und meine e Räder sind angeblich in ahlen wo ich nicht wohne ich hoffe das hir sich jemand meldet telefonisch

Its fine at the start then useless and no customer service
Do yourself a favour and stay away. heres why: To start, The item arrives reasonable enough and intially its great... for about a year. Then the rust sets in, the cables snap, tyres puncture constantly, the electrics cant withstand water at all in a wet country. Eventually the motor will fail or the controller or the light and 1 issue kills eveything. Next, you wont get a company to touch this bike for repairs or parts. All of Ireland cant get anyone that will work on it or carries parts. So you eventually order direct online. Its been a month, item still hasnt shipped. AFTER A FULL MONTH and they just keep saying "Oh dont worry it will". I have the bike 2 years, I have replaced just about everything apart from the frame and now I give up. I'll be selling it for parts and getting a decent locally sold product. Thats why if you read the reviews, the good ones are from people that have only just gotten the bike.

We bought a bike from them on ebay
We bought a bike from them on ebay. Within 2 months the brake pads were worn and the back wheel spokes were loose causing the whole back wheel to wobble. They have refused to assist in sending a replacement bike and have started replying in german. The bike is unridable but cost 700. Appalling service, poor quality and do not buy if you want a bike for more than 2 months. They didn't confirm it as delivered on the item so we couldn't open a dispute. Consumer rights say we are entitled to a replacement within 3 months of purchase or refund. We have had to ask the bank to step in and try to get our money back. Appalling service appalling company. This is a genuine gunai bike despite what the company says.

Ostin gunai gn29 sähköpyörän 2023 jolla olen ajanut max 300km, nyt pyörän näyttö hajosi johon oli päässyt kosteutta, miten voi olla edes mahdollista, että näytön sisälle pääsee vesi? Tämän takia pyörä on nyt käyttökelvoton.
