Unfortunately, this brand is very bad. It started with me winning a phone in a competition they organized. They sent the package to my address, but it was returned because they entered the wrong address. I've also been having trouble contacting them; they don't respond to messages. I agreed with them to resend the item, and they required a $30 payment. I paid the amount through a link on their website, but the order was canceled without a refund. As usual, they don't respond to messages. Unfortunately, this is a very amateurish brand.

Ho comprato in Amazon.com vostro Tablet pro 9 (quasi 300$!!!) Dopo 5 mesi ho avuto primo problema. Vi ho scritto piu volte dapertutto - nessuno mi ha risposto. Adesso a 8 mesi è morto definitivamente. Vi ho riscritto. Se mi rispondete - cambio il comentario. In caso contrario - la vostra azienda è finita e voi, dipendenti, proprietari, creatori - farete la stessa fine. Aspetto notizie urgentemente. Tatiana

Very bad phone I bought one and when it was on the charger it stopped working and would not turn on anymore so I sent it to the company because its warranty had not expired and after two months they told me that they could not fix it and it was damaged and they did not refund me anything about the damage. Thank you for this bad phone and for the worse service

Never buy any phone from there
Never buy any phone from there. They might be cheap but they are fragile as hell and the components are so bad quality they break themselves. my phone have a low temperature overlay that turns off the phone every time while the temperature is normal and he cuts down wifi by itself. you cant even root it to fix that shit because it is chinese. 0/10 and btw they have fake cameras

Ich kann jetzt nichts über deren Firmenpolitik oder ähnliches sagen und bei meiner Bewertung geht es in erster Linie um deren Produkte und was diese - deren Handys - angeht: absolut top! Selten dieser Tage Handys gehabt die tatsächlich mal Features bieten die wirklich klug und brauchbar und bei vielen Handys namhafter Hersteller vermisst werden. Robuste, technisch ordentliche, bezahlbare Geräte die tatsächlich noch mit eigenen Ideen daher kommen. Gern mehr davon
