WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! RUN AWAY! I was so stupid to order anything from China! My credit card was charged immediately then no communication: no order confirmation, no shipping or tracking info sent to me. After 10 days I contacted company to follow up on my order and they sent me a tracking link that didn’t work. The shipper apparently delivered the package but failed to leave the package at my front door and I received no notification of delivery and I never found the package. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I received my shirt and shorts. Nothing like what they advertised. It was awful prints on bad materials. I literally opened the packages and threw them away. I should have known better than buying from China. Waste of my money.

I purchased a jumper that was nothing…
I purchased a jumper that was nothing like the description or what was advertised. The quality and appearance were not as expected, which is why I had to start the return process in the first place. Although the company offered me a refund for not returning the item, I don't feel this resolves the issue. They also offered a 50% coupon worth, but I have no confidence in making another purchase when the first item I received was so different from its description. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. If the product you receive isn't as described, you may find yourself dealing with a frustrating return and refund process. I'm sharing this review so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money.

I ordered a pair of patriotic shirts…
I ordered a pair of patriotic shirts for me and my wife to wear on July 4th. I ordered them 10 days before the fourth, so I felt comfortable ordering them. Unfortunately the shipment arrived a month after July 4th. So now they are suggesting I take a 30% refund rather than paying shipping, at my expense. I’m done with them!!!!

No Items or Communication
I paid for my items ( 2 shirts and 1 bracelet) over 7 days ago. I have heard nothing from Korsina only that the items have not shipped yet. I also observed that there is no "Tracking" feature for the paid for merchandise. I am ready to report this incident to my bank and legal authorities if I do not hear from the company within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this company as a company to do business with. TC
