Terrible/non existent customer service
Terrible/non existent customer service. Flight time was changed meaning I could no long make my flight (due to arrival time of my previous flight). Absolutely no response on email or Whatsapp when attemping to make contact. Having used them for many internal flights over the years, I will now never book with them again.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Very bad airline.we booked a flight to depart at 1210 but got reschedule to 2145..but when checked, the airline is still flying to the same location at 1210 but its more expensive now. Ask for cancellation and refund, they said will not be refunded fully. what kind of scamming tactic is this..will nv book another flight with them again

terrible company, 0 respect for your customers
I had a very disappointing experience with Thai Lion Air. I booked a flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong, but my flight was delayed until the following day. The worst part was that I was only informed about the delay after I had already arrived at the airport. I paid a very expensive taxi fare for a one-hour trip to the airport, only to find out that I would have to take another one-hour taxi ride back to my hotel and then pay for yet another taxi to return to the airport the next day. This resulted in significant unexpected expenses that could have been avoided if the airline had notified passengers in advance. On top of that, I was traveling to Hong Kong for an important meeting. Because of the delay, I missed the meeting, which caused me to lose money and a valuable business opportunity. I also lost the money I had already paid for my hotel in Hong Kong, as I was unable to use my first night's reservation. I understand that operational issues can happen, but failing to notify passengers before they make the journey to the airport is completely unacceptable. Better communication would have saved me time, money, and a great deal of frustration. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Thai Lion Air. I expected much better customer service and communication. I cannot recommend this airline based on my experience, and I will think twice before booking with them again.

Worst airline I’ve ever flown.
Worst airline I’ve ever flown. They’ll squeeze every dollar they can out of checked baggage. I tried to prepay our suitcases online, but their website wasn’t working. We ended up paying more in baggage fees than we paid for the flights themselves. Never flying this awful airline again. Go Thai Airways!
