Verification process takes eternity
This is complete nightmare. I have been using this service to withdraw crypto for a while, but then they required verification. I provided all the possible documents, balances, transactions, source of income and everything they required, and my verification has been completed, but... Immediately reset again and the whole process started from the beginning! They requested now screenshots of the balances, addresses and etc. I am waiting my verification to be done since April 14 2026, and still no answer (almost 3 months already). I have no status update 1 month already since I provided additional documents and the customer support answers "your case is our priority but we have no update yet". Update. Below they asked to write them an email to contact about the problem. But the point is, that our communication is still in process, so why is there a need to write one more email when the current communication chain is already broken? They answer me to my questions, but it does not move the verification process at all.

Está "empresa" me ha cobrado 2 cargos de 21.60€ osea 43.20€ sin ningún tipo de autorización,no he contratado ningún servicio con ellos y me han robado dinero de mi tarjeta, mañana mismo acudiré a la policía a denunciarlos//habéis contestado por aquí pero a mis correos nada sin contestación,por está plataforma si contestáis pero a mí no me contestais,que mal huele esto////18 de junio solución 0,ESTA EMPRESA ME HA ROBADO DE MI TARJETA 43.20 SIN MI CONSENTIMIENTO SN SER CLIENTES SIN DAR MIS DATOS A NADIE"CUIDADO"voy ha abrir un grupo en Facebook Afectados por robo de compra fraudulenta paymonade

Transfer nur mit Kameraverbindungsaufbau
Wollte auf Binance mit Geld Crypto kaufen und jetzt wollen sie von mir durch diese Firma eine Kameraverbindung zur Verifikation aufbauen. Totaler Blödsinn. Ich bin ja schon bei Binance und meiner Bank verifiziert. Warum also noch eine aktuelles Bild von mir? Früher ging es auch ohne: innerhalb weniger Minuten war das Geld überwiesen und in Crypto umgewandelt. Da mache ich jetzt nicht mehr mit, sorry. Binance ist somit für mich auch gestorben.

This company is completely a mess, I’ve got a call from one of their agent and uses one of the bank credit transactions information very easy. I am currently asking a full demand to cancel the transaction that was happened and forms complain will be push through if they are not going to refund my transaction which is still they can do it.

Had a payment issue using Binance and Paymonade
I have a Animation project commissioned and the animator wanted me to pay for some of the project using USDT through Binance. I created an account and went throught all the ID checks which I don't like to upload(storing ID for marketing, hackers?). Binance approved me. I wanted to buy 100USDT = $151.11AUD using my Australian banking institution issued debit visa card. The payment processed and then said: PAYMENT FAILED. I checked my bank account and found out the Binance uses Paymonade. The $151.11AUD WAS debited but I received NO 100USDT amount to my Binance account. So I had to CALL my bank two days later and RAISE A DISPUTE for this PENDING transaction. I've also managed to contact a human at Binance and open a case with them as well, that's still onging. All this started on the 11th April 2026. I just want my money back so I can pay the animator to finish his work. This has caused me stress and anger using Binance and Paymonade.
