The driver didn’t show up at all
The driver didn’t show up at all. The given phone number didn’t reply and it was an awful start of vacations. I booked the car in advance and paid the full amount. We landed in the middle of the night and the driver wasn’t there. I was simply scammed. I don’t recommend it Update: Please provide me the evidences of the contact attempts. I have the proofs that I have tried to call multiple times on the provided number, booking support also tried to contact you but in vain. Even today nobody answered me yet on WhatsApp where I left multiple call attempts and messages. The driver should check the arrival time and wait for the client at the exit area. I strongly doubt that he ever showed up. Otherwise we would find him. I have waited for more than 40min trying to find where he is. And again - I was connected to the internet all the time, I tried to call your number several times and nobody ever answered. You can find my booking and contact me to prove and explain what happened. Until then I consider that you just took my money without providing a promised service and the driver didn’t come. Otherwise he would answer my calls and be there.
