A special thank you to Dr. Seda Erdogan for the amazing facial treatment. She treated me beautifully with so much care, kindness, and professionalism throughout the whole experience. I felt very comfortable and truly well looked after. She even came personally to say goodbye to me before I left — such a lovely lady and a truly special person. The results were excellent, and I am already planning to return for my hair treatment soon — I just need to choose the date!

Faltenbehandlung mit Botox und Hyaluron
Ich hatte eine Faltenbehandlung mit Botox an der Stirn und Hyaluron um den Mundbereich. Das Ergebnis der Hyaluronbehandlung ist absolut in Ordnung, aber bei der Botoxbehandlung der Stirn ist das Ergebnis mehr als schlecht. Die Zornesfalte, die eigentlich weg sein sollte, ist immer noch vorhanden, dafür hängen die Brauen und die Lider extrem. Der ganze Blick sieht streng und leicht böse aus. Die durch die Behandlung entstandenen Schlupflider sind extrem. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht. Im Vorfeld wurde behauptet, man mache das -zig mal am Tag und sei erfahren. Davon habe ich leider nichts gemerkt. Die Clinic mag eine Expertise für Haare haben, aber wer eine gute Faltenbehandlung möchte sucht sich besser einen anderen Spezialisten.

Mole Removal: Incomplete Procedure and Poor Service - Ben Alımında Magduriyet ve Profesyonellik Eksikliği
I visited this clinic last month for mole removal. From the beginning, a non-specialist staff member provided a price for all moles without the doctor seeing me. During the doctor’s examination, I was told “it’s not as extensive as described,” yet the price remained the same. This in itself raised concerns about transparency. I specifically requested that the moles under my breasts, which were causing discomfort due to bra underwire friction, be removed. The procedure was done in that area, but not all of the moles were fully cleared. Even though only a month has passed since the procedure, I am still experiencing pain from friction in the same spot, and it is clear that some moles remain. In other words, the area causing discomfort was not fully addressed. When I raised this issue, I was told “the tiny moles may have grown; we can assist with pricing again.” It does not make sense to claim growth in just one month. Discussing additional costs for a procedure that was incomplete is unacceptable. I expected a solution, but the approach I encountered was disappointing. Additionally, I was very concerned to learn that the doctor contacted my sibling and shared information regarding my medical procedure, as well as attempting to create pressure related to the complaint I posted here. Sharing details about my treatment with a third party without my consent is a serious breach of patient confidentiality and privacy. This behavior is not appropriate and undermines the trust that should exist between a patient and a healthcare provider. Geçen ay ben aldırma işlemi için bu kliniğe başvurdum. En başta doktor görmeden, uzman olmayan bir kişi tarafından tüm benler için fiyat verildi. Doktor muayenesinde “anlatıldığı kadar bir durum yok” denmesine rağmen ücrette herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadı. Bu durum bile başlı başına soru işaretiydi. Özellikle göğüs altındaki, sütyen balenlerinin sürekli sürtünmesi nedeniyle beni rahatsız eden benlerin alınmasını açıkça ve özellikle belirttim. O bölgede işlem yapıldı ancak benlerin tamamı temizlenmedi. İşlemden sadece bir ay geçmiş olmasına rağmen hâlâ aynı noktada sürtünmeye bağlı acı yaşıyorum ve bazı benlerin durduğu net şekilde görülüyor. Yani sorun yaşadığım bölge tam olarak çözülmedi. Durumu ilettiğimde ise “minik benler büyümüş olabilir, tekrar fiyatta yardımcı oluruz” denildi. Bir ay içinde büyüme denmesi bana mantıklı gelmedi. Eksik olduğunu düşündüğüm bir işlem için yeniden ücret konuşulması kabul edilebilir bir yaklaşım değil. Ben çözüm beklerken, karşılaştığım tutum hayal kırıklığı yaratti.

Sorting each and every hair follicle. • And a special thank you to Serkan, the guy who handled everything for me personally. From the initial consultations to checking in during the procedure and post-op care, he put me at ease every single moment. His friendly, reassuring manner made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel relaxed and straightforward. What really stood out was how the whole team made it feel like it was all about me. They dedicate their full attention to one patient at a time, spending the entire day ensuring everything is perfect. No rushing, no assembly-line feel – just genuine care and expertise. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and located in beautiful Antalya (although a bit wet this time of year), which made combining the trip with a bit of recovery time even better. The results are already looking promising, and I’m excited to see the full outcome in the coming months. Highly recommend S/E Hair Clinic to anyone looking for top-quality hair transplant results with a team that truly cares – all at a fair and transparent price. I had a great experience with this clinic. The team was professional, caring, and made the whole process comfortable. After the procedure, they stayed in touch, answered all my questions, and gave clear recovery instructions. The results look natural, and I’m happy with how everything turned out.
