Rather do it once..
Dr. Utkan is certainly a skilled surgeon and an experienced dermatologist. However, I was not satisfied with my result. I was assessed at a lower Norwood Scale level and ended up with a see-through hairline, despite having a significantly higher degree of hair loss. As a result, I now have to look for another surgeon to stabilize/i.e. correct the situation. Unfortunately, the offer I received from UnitedCare to cover the remaining bald spots was suddenly twice as high as the cost of my initial surgery. Overall, I cannot recommend the experience.

The procedure was painless and the hairline design fits with my face shape. Dr. Utkan and the staff did a great job. I enjoyed my stay at the Broyt Hotel, which was very close to the clinic.

An outstanding clinic with an excellent team
I’m from Germany and visited the United Care Clinic in October 2025 for an FUE hair transplant. A total of 4,500 grafts were transplanted. Both the treatment and the care I received before and after the surgery were outstanding. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional. Just drawing the hairline took over an hour and was done personally by Dr. Utkan. Now, a few months later, I can see how that precision and dedication paid off—the result looks great and completely natural. I can highly recommend the clinic!

Very good experience overall
Excellent experience from start to finish. The clinic treats only one patient per day, so you get full attention without feeling rushed. Dr. Utkan is highly skilled and explains everything clearly. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. There’s no pressure to buy products or unnecessary extras—just a focus on quality care. Aftercare has been just as impressive, with ongoing support and responsiveness throughout recovery. My friends have pointed out how my new hairline looks natural, six months after the procedure.

professional and caring clinic
My experience with the United Care team has been entirely positive so far. The whole team is very friendly and they have kept their promises. Thanks to the ‘one person per day’ promise and Dr Utkan’s high level of involvement and personal presence, I felt I was being treated by experts and am confident of a good outcome. Special requests (such as not shaving the hair on top) were taken into account. The clinic was customer-focused rather than sales-oriented (they even gave tips on where to get products more cheaply, rather than simply selling them themselves). Thanks to Ada’s excellent organisation and Sebnem’s helpful support on site, I was always well informed about the process and felt at ease. Now I’m looking forward to the final result in 11 months!
