Avoid. Service below par
Ordered 12 cans of foam spray. These were split into 2 boxes so I got a delivery charge. Weight on the box was incorrect and was under to qualify for the free delivery charge. When challenged they replied had to be spilt so they didn’t get damaged. Items turned out to be faulty and was sent back. Almost a month later and still haven’t received a refund. Phoned them 2 weeks ago and they said they don’t get confirmation from Evri! When stock returns so I was informed the money will be refunded in 2 days times. Another 2 weeks later and no refund. Just got off the phone again with them and once again had to tell them when it was returned and return numbers etc. Customer service a joke! Hung up the call

Terrible company
Terrible company Ordered with the promise of next day delivery. It states on website "All orders placed before 5:00 PM are delivered Next Day" I received an email from vitapoint pretending they dispatched it on 25.8.26 It is now 26.8.26 It hasnt even been dispatched as I checked the evri tracking. I called and there customer service team reckoned it will still come today They couldnt even grasp how this is impossible as for a next day to arrive eith a courier they have to receive it the evening before I have emailed asking for an immediate cancel gigen they have failed to dispatch and I need this urgently today I have informed them via email I will report and do a chargeback with amex if they fail to refund Order 000073323
