Bester Service und Behandlung
Ein wundervolles, professionelles Team. Es wird auf persönliche Wünsche Rücksicht genommen und man wird fürsorglich behandelt. Die Beratung ist Top und es wird einem alles erklärt, von Operation bis zur Nachbehandlung. Man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben und dank der professionellen Dolmetscher gut es keine Verständigungsprobleme. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen 2 Sitzungen und habe erstaunliche Ergebnisse erzielt.

I had great experience with Hermest…
I had great experience with Hermest Hair Clinic. I found them through AI search. I had to wait a long time before I could do the procedure for health reason and Hermest representative was in contact with me for months, answering my questions timely and super politely. When I finally got to Turkiye, the whole process was smooth. I had an interpreter with me explaining everything. The medical staff were very nice. I had DHI method done, the entire procedure took approximately 6 hours I think. It was not painless, but that’s just the nature of it. They gave all the necessary institutions and supplements. They even fed me lunch before letting me go. One thing to mention: after the procedure I was told that for the warranty to be active, besides following instructions and staying in contact with care team, I had to do PRP two more times in the next few months (not at Hermset, but anywhere in the world) OR purchase a hair restoration kit (shampoo+serum+vitamins) from Hermest, which wasn’t exactly cheap. I don’t remember seeing that on the website or hearing about it prior to signing up for the procedure, but I could be forgetting. But it wasn’t a big deal for me. Anyway, after the procedure I immediately got a message from my follow-up care team with further instructions. Transfer to the airport was also exceptional - on time, clean, comfy, fast, polite. It’s only been 10 days since the procedure but so far everything looks good. I have a very positive impression of Hermest clinic and I recommend them.

I had my hair transplant here three weeks ago, and overall I'm very satisfied with my experience. The package was excellent. Besides the hair transplant itself, it included two nights of hotel accommodation and all transportation between the airport, hotel, and clinic. Everything was well organized, so I didn't have to worry about transport or where to stay. Before the operation, the translator was very professional and did a great job explaining the consultation and translating the communication between me and the medical team. This made me feel much more comfortable. As for the results, I know it's still early, but my recovery has been going well. Three weeks after the procedure, I can already see steady growth of the transplanted hairs, and everything seems to be progressing well. One area that could be improved is communication during the procedure. I would have appreciated it if the doctor or nurses had explained each stage before it happened. For example, during the donor hair extraction, I noticed that the doctor performing the extraction changed a few times. I had expected that one main doctor would handle the extraction throughout the procedure, so it would have been reassuring if this had been explained to me beforehand. Knowing what to expect would have made me feel even more comfortable during the operation. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend the clinic. Better communication about the procedure would make an already good experience even better.
