Άλλη χρέωση αρχική κι άλλη πληρώνεις στο τέλος, κι η απάντησή τους ότι στην αρχική τιμή δεν περιλαμβάνονται οι φόροι. Απατεώνες, μακριά. Και μακρύτερα!!!

FRAUDS
FRAUDS! Please beware! Lucky2go are complete frauds and must be shut down! I booked a flight with them (which ended up DOUBLING in price), therefore I wanted to cancel within the 24 hour period to book with the actual airline which was half the price. I called the airline itself to confirm the flight is completely refundable within 24 hours of booking. I then proceeded to call lucky2go only for them to say it was not able to be refunded. I called them multiple times asking for a refund explaining the airline said it was refundable and they continuously refused. 2 weeks LATER I get an email from them saying they are cancelling my flight which they did without refunding me ZERO dollars! Not only did I not authorize this cancellation after the 24 hour period, I am now out $489 from them with no ticket and ultimately had to rebook the flight last minute. Absolutely ridiculous- almost laughable actually how a company can get away doing this. Still awaiting my refund!

Hice una reserva para un vuelo de Air Europa que costaba 68€(precio total) y me cobraron 90€. Son unos estafadores,por favor no compren ningún vuelo con esta empresa. No pueden cobrar el 25% del total del pasaje de gastos de gestión e impuestos, en la web de lucky2go al comprar decía 68€ precio total (tengo la captura de pantalla) y luego te cobran un 25% más. Son unos abusadores

Misleading Charges and Zero Customer Support
I booked a flight through Luck2Go only to be charged a significantly different amount than what was displayed at checkout. After sending multiple emails to their support team, I received no response whatsoever. For a platform handling real financial transactions, this level of dishonesty and non-communication is unacceptable. Avoid. Update, to Lucky2go: I have sent several emails and also raised this issue via the platform, but I have not received any response. Is there a specific reason for this lack of communication?
