just don't think about booking with them. I have been traveling with Wizzair, Ryanair, easyjet. Trust me, this is even worse than those in term of customer support/service!

No issues using RJ from Manchester to…
No issues using RJ from Manchester to Jeddah and back, good service and no issues with luggage. Other family members have used RJ too on the same route and reported no issues.

Worst flight
Worst flight, my first and last time using this company for my flights. Nothing is clear and decides to over charge for extra luggages. Everyone else charges max 100 for extra luggage’s but this company charges almost 300 for extra luggage for economy class. So never again. Also the food sucks it’s disgusting.

Very Disappointing Experience with Royal Jordanian – Montreal I had a very disappointing experience with Royal Jordanian, particularly with the way my situation was handled by Mohammed, the manager at the Montreal office. I expected professional, respectful, and helpful customer service, but unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The way my concerns were handled left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. When someone is dealing with an airline, especially after paying for their services, they deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of service. I hope Royal Jordanian takes customer complaints seriously and reviews how situations like mine are handled at the Montreal office. I would strongly encourage management to look into my experience and improve the level of customer service provided to passengers. Very disappointed with Royal Jordanian and especially with the way my case was handled.

Even one star is too much
Even one star is too much. If I had the option I would seriously give them Zero Stars – Absolutely Horrible Experience and Complete Negligence Rating: 0 / 5 Stars I have flown with numerous international airlines across North America, Europe, and the Middle East—including Emirates, Saudia, American, British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa, and Air Canada. Never in my life have I come across an airline as completely terrible as Royal Jordanian. Their service is horrendous and doesn't come close to matching their rating or basic international standards. First, their baggage policy is a joke. Most airlines give you two checked bags plus a carry-on with a purse or laptop, or at least let you pay an extra fee if your luggage is overweight. Royal Jordanian enforced a strict one-bag limit with a 23 kg cap and gave ZERO option to pay for extra weight. They literally made me take my personal belongings out of my suitcase and throw them in the trash right at the airport. The ground service was just as bad. The entire process was chaotic and disorganized. The airport staff were rude, unprofessional, and ran around like they had no idea what they were doing. Seats were messed up, and nobody cared to help or fix anything. What disgusted me the most was the in-flight service. On a long-haul flight, basic water was barely provided. I personally watched an elderly woman who was coughing and choking ask the crew for a simple cup of water five different times. They ignored her for almost four hours straight. By the fifth hour, a flight attendant finally handed her a tiny cup with literally one gulp of water and walked away. Leaving an elderly passenger choking without water for hours is outright shameful and inhumane. Royal Jordanian fails on every single level: ground operations, baggage handling, crew professionalism, and basic human decency. Do not fly with this airline. I will never touch Royal Jordanian again. So horrible to the point where if they saw someone but he dying they wouldn't even do shit in front of my eyes. An old lady was choking and they decided to do nothing about it. 5 hours later of her asking to get some water. They only gave her one sip to drink and they thought that that was enough. The service is horrible
